My current wooden gate was expanding so unusable with the weather changes. After looking at numerous websites of generic and expensive gates from large companies I was a bit lost but then found Natim Services, they were quick to respond and provided accurate quote with personal communication throughout - just what I needed. Ahmed Assab2024-01-26I had a problem with my gate motor, so I phoned Natim Services to look at it, just to fix it . He spend 2 days traying to fix it , but no luck, and without any charges. I wanted to pay him but he refused. Because he didn't fix it. He doesn't want to get payed. After few month without a motor , I decided to order a new one Beninca with Natim Services. He fitted new motor for me while I was on holiday. That what you call a good service. My gate is working. Me and my dog are happy with it. Thank you Natim Services.

David Buxton2023-07-01WOW, this was my first thought when I saw the gate shortly after fitting in Jun '22. Today in Jul '23 it's still WOW but now I also have a lot more superlatives. It really is a great addition to my property and fit's perfectly. I didn't opt for it to be galvanized but it's rust free after a year. The hinges are still super smooth and the Euro lock is still perfect. I would happily buy from Natim again.

Yes, we specialize in creating custom designs based on your unique needs and preferences. Our experienced team of designers will work with you to create a design that meets your specifications.
No, we explain to clients that wood is always affected by the weather condition. However, alternatively we are offering aluminum panels with wood grain effect or metal panels with wood grain effect (galvanised and covered with 30 years of anti-rust warranty). This is stronger, more reliable material and never rust. We show to clients the actual samples of aluminum panels with different colour options.
No, we are making the products made to measure and when installing new products we concrete in/bolt in. The reason why we don’t do welding with new products, is because all our products are galvanised and if we welded on a site, the rust will come out and will ruin the structure.
Once both parties agree on the details of the project, a contract is prepared. Once the client is happy with the terms and conditions, they are required to pay 30%of the deposit and we are working on the project. The usual waiting time from us receiving a contract and confirmation of deposit paid is up to 9 weeks. The client is informed step by step of the progress.
