I can’t recommend Natim Services enough!! I had accidentally dented a steel fence with my car, and was looking to repair the fence asap. I put in an enquiry on their website using the online form, and received a response and quote the next day. Kasia was speedy with her replies via email, and was very accommodating and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. I was able to book them in without a problem. When Raf and Kasia arrived, they were able to start the job straight away without any hassle. We were faced with an issue with the fence in that they weren’t able to straighten it manually, but they were able to offer me a different solution where the bar had to be removed and replaced with a new one. The job was rescheduled to the next day, and I was not charged for the call out since the job was unfinished. They came the next day, with all the materials and tools needed and completed the job in under an hour. Super quick!!! The fence was repaired back to it’s glory. New bar, straightened, and painted. Just like it was before I hit it with my car! I highly recommend Natim services. Overall they are very reliable, and the communication with them was fast and easy. Amazing customer service, and such a friendly couple. Very understanding of your price range, and able to offer you solutions within your budget. Natim Services were very reliable. Raf and team repaired a metal gate with new hinges and added a lock. The work was exactly what was promised beforehand. The price was good. Natim services created a bespoke gate for us to the exact specification I had given. From the outset Raf and Kasia were extremely easy to deal with and RAF’s attention to detail and care in what he does really shines through. Our driveway gate was jammed and we called several companies - they advised to replace all system. We then called Natim and Raf came and inspected the system. He was able to repair the issue which was only requiring cleaning and lubricating. He also didn’t charge a lot and told me that if he can’t fix it he will not charge it.
Will definitely recommend Natim to others.
